Luana is a superstar behind the scenes, working in our Business and Implementation Support role and keeping everything running smoothly across the office. From packing and dispatching orders to organising meetings and supporting our implementation team, Luana is always happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

With a strong background in customer service and administration, Luana brings a diverse skill set, a sharp eye for detail, and a can-do attitude to the team. After moving to Australia from Brazil in 2019, she adds a global touch to our operations along with plenty of positivity. Always organised, approachable, and ready to lend a hand, Luana is a fantastic addition to our team and a big part of what keeps our day-to-day operations on track.
